The keynote address on Friday is “Let No One Steal Your Joy: Practical Tips for Dealing With Difficult People”, Janet Jensen, Riverside Medical Center, Kankakee. Janet presented to the Chicago & South Consortium, and we liked her so well that we invited her to speak at the HSLI conference. She’s a dynamic speaker and offers practical advice on this sensitive topic.

All CE courses on Thursday will take place at Governors State University, University Park. Friday’s sessions will take place at the Holiday Inn.
We’re planning a special program for the Thursday night reception at the Holiday Inn, featuring a presentation of the Nathan Manilow Sculpture Park at Governors State University. Weather permitting, you can tour the sculptures on Thursday, and will see several as you drive through the campus.
