The ILFA (International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions) Section Library Services to People with Special Needs has been working on Guidelines for Library Services to Displaced Populations. These Guidelines cover library service to refugees, immigrants, migrants, and asylum seekers. These Guidelines are now ready for global review.
