You are invited to participate in a research study concerning your experiences supporting LGBTQ+ information literacy among health science students, residents, fellows, or faculty. The purpose of this study is to answer the following questions.
- What do health science librarians at non-academic and academic institutions serving health science/medical education programs do to support LGBTQ+ patient care?
- What LGBTQ+ educational activities (creating curricula, workshops, etc.) do health science librarians create or teach students, residents, fellows, or faculty?
- How does the health science librarian support LGBTQ+ students, residents, fellows, and faculty?
Eligibility: You are a health science librarian at either an academic institution (e.g., university, college), or a non-academic institution (e.g., community health center, hospital) serving health science students, residents, fellows, or faculty (clinical or non-clinical). Participants do not need an American Library Association-accredited degree to complete this survey.
The survey is completely voluntary and should take 3-5 minutes to complete. You will not be compensated for your participation. There are no benefits to completing this survey other than research contributions.
