We invite you to participate in a research survey titled “Exploring Turnover Intentions and Leadership Factors in Academic Libraries”.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the leading factors related to leadership that contribute to employee turnover intentions in academic libraries in the United States. We invite you to participate if you are a U.S. based academic librarian who has been in your current position for at least nine months.
If you choose to participate, you will complete a survey that will take no more than 15-20 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time, and for any reason. Responses to this survey will be anonymous.
The University Human Subjects Review Committee (UHSRC) under the Office of Research Compliance is responsible for the oversight of all human subject research conducted at Eastern Michigan University. This research study has been approved by the Eastern Michigan University’s UHSRC on November 18, 2022.
Results may be shared through conference presentations or publications.
