We are medical librarians investigating Institutional Repository funding models in the health sciences for a poster we anticipate presenting at Midwest Chapter MLA in October 2019. For our purposes, an Institutional Repository (IR) is defined as an online platform for collecting, preserving, and disseminating the scholarly output of an institution.
