I am conducting a survey on the use of apps in the science instruction classroom. Apps for the purposes of this survey are defined as educational applications used on iphone, tablets, or computers that are designed to help learners succeed. Apps mentioned in the survey include, but are not limited to, Flipgrid, Kahoot, Padlet, Aurasma, ArcGIS, Google Docs, and Goosechase. This survey is approved by the Penn State University IRB Review Board (Study ID: STUDY00020168).
You are invited to participate in this research study if you are an academic librarian working in the Unites States and you teach, or have taught, science information-literacy sessions. In particular, if you have used apps within your instructional activities, please consider taking this survey.
The survey link is here. The estimated time to complete this survey is less than 10 minutes across a series of multiple-choice, Likert, and short-answer questions. It will close on Friday, May 27, at 11:00 PM CDT.
Thank you for your consideration. If you have any questions or concerns related to this survey, please contact Denise A. Wetzel, at daw5086@psu.edu.
