The deadline to submit proposals for papers, lightning talks, and posters for the Joint Midcontinental and Midwest Chapter MLA 2020 Virtual Meeting has been extended to Friday, August 14. Please consider submitting a proposal to communicate your important work in any aspect of health sciences librarianship at our engaging (and affordably priced) virtual conference. We encourage you to submit papers and posters presented previously at the MLA 2020 Annual Meeting.
Joint Midcontinental and Midwest Chapter MLA 2020 Virtual Meeting details
- Dates: Wednesday, October 16 – Friday, October 28
- Theme: Becoming a Health Literacy Superhero
- Registration cost: $25 for all attendees. Midwest/MLA will be offering several scholarships for those experiencing financial hardship. Details are forthcoming.
- Submissions: Submit your abstract here. The deadline for submissions is now Friday, August 14. Note: Abstracts should be 250 words or less. Structured abstracts are preferred. For guidance on writing a structured abstract, please visit here.
