The Illinois Heartland Library System is seeking feedback from academic librarians in Illinois, regarding what topics related to cataloging they would like to see IHLS cover in future training sessions. To gain an idea of the types of training IHLS currently offers through its Cataloging Maintenance Center, please go to https://www.illinoisheartland.org/cmc/online. (The recordings of past sessions are also available on L2.) Additionally, IHLS in the process of putting together two RDA training sessions, one covering books and the other focusing on video and sound recordings. Registration details will be forthcoming. All IHLS cataloging sessions are open to staff from member and non-member libraries.
