The Medical Library Association’s (MLA) Collection Development and Technical Services Caucuses invite you to attend a joint forum on licensing at academic health sciences libraries! Join us on Monday, October 7, at 12:00 PM CDT, via this Zoom link. Registration is not required.

This informal session will start with brief presentations from:

• Amanda Echterling (Virginia Commonwealth University), who will present on The ASERL Eleven, a document that summarizes 11 key principles and suggested licensing language. 
• Carly Ryan (California Digital Library), who will present on CDL’s Licensing Toolkit.

Following the presentations, there will be time for Q&A and discussion. 

Non-MLA members are welcome to attend and participate. The session will not be recorded to encourage open discussion.
