Do you know someone who has contributed to librarians’ growth and professional development? The University Libraries Section of ACRL has a brand new ULS Outstanding Professional Development Award <http://www.ala.org/acrl/awards/achievementawards/ulsaward> designed to recognize such a person. They will receive $1,000 and be celebrated at ALA Annual 2016 in Orlando<http://www.ala.org/conferencesevents/ala-upcoming-annual-conferences-midwinter-meetings>.
It is easy. By December 4, 2015:
- Think of a person who’s awesome.
- Fill out the form (note: link opens .pdf file)<http://www.ala.org/acrl/sites/ala.org.acrl/files/content/ULS%20Award%20application%20form.pdf> and put together an application.
- Send it to Rebecca Blakiston at blakisto@email.arizona.edu<mailto:blakisto@email.arizona.edu>. If you have questions along the way, get in touch.
