To make the appointments process more transparent, the ACRL Membership Committee invites all new members and anyone who would like to get more involved in ACRL to join us on Monday, December 3 at 1:00 pm CST for a free online forum explaining how the ACRL committee appointment process works. Moderator Jodie Borgerding, along with panelists ACRL Past President Irene M. H. Herold, Peter Hepburn (ACRL Community and Junior College Section chair), Sabine Dantus (ACRL Library Marketing and Outreach Interest Group convener) and Laura Bonella (ACRL Balancing Baby and Book Discussion Group convener), will explain how to volunteer for division-level committees, section committees, and Interest and Discussion Groups.
