I wanted to share some information about an upcoming free two-part webinar series, Citizen Science in the Academic Library, being offered by the Network of the National Library of Medicine in partnership with SciStarter. The two webinars (Friday, July 24, and Friday, July 31, at 2:00 PM CDT) will introduce attendees to citizen science, provide tips and best practices for getting started and sustaining citizen science on campus, and showcase resources that can be integrated into citizen science efforts. Note that Part 1 and Part 2 are one week apart and have separate registrations.
We would love to see you there. Even if you can’t attend but are interested in the topic, please register so that you will be sent a recording of the session.
