What does it take to become a smarter library? Join fellow OCLC members at the inaugural Americas Regional Council meeting and address the challenge of supporting increasingly personalized customer relationships while also scaling to meet growth in population, materials and expectations. The two-day agenda is designed for attendees from all library types, and will feature thought leaders, including featured keynote speaker Dr. Carla D. Hayden, Librarian of Congress. Early-bird registration is now open for the meeting, which will take place on October 30 and 31 in vibrant downtown Baltimore, MD. Join us at this event to connect with fellow library leaders to share ideas, learnings and insights on what it takes to become a “smarter library”.
