You’re invited to take part in the NNLM Book Discussion! We will read The Well-Gardened Mind: The Restorative Power of Nature by Sue Stuart-Smith.
Whether you prefer print, eBook, or audiobook, you’re welcome to read in the format that works best for you. Once you have the book, you can join the discussion anytime between Thursday, May 1, and Thursday, July 31.
The NNLM Book Discussion is a professional development opportunity designed for librarians and library staff who want to deepen their understanding of health topics impacting their communities. You’ll also have the chance to connect with peers and earn CE credit through the Medical Library Association (MLA).
How to Earn CE Credit:
- Read The Well-Gardened Mind in your preferred format.
- Log into our online learning platform, Moodle.
- Explore related resources from NLM, NIH, and other health organizations.
- Choose ONE of the following:
- Answer the required discussion question in Moodle
- OR attend and participate in one of the two scheduled live discussions (date/time TBA)
You’re welcome to engage in the Moodle forum throughout the three months, but it’s not required for CE credit.
