Are you wondering what effect recent defunding of IMLS will have on libraries in Illinois? On Wednesday, April 23, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM CDT, please join a RAILS online event to learn more. Registration is available here.

This event will feature discussions on advocating for libraries, in regards to President Trump’s Executive Order defunding IMLS. This discussion includes examples of what individual libraries are doing to connect with their users. It will also include information about the new 2024 RAILS Annual Report. 

The recorded version of this event will be available from the RAILS YouTube page. Due to time constraints, RAILS encourages attendees to submit questions in advance.
