Joellen M. Austin and Garry Sanders will discuss the nature of and challenges in holding difficult conversations, and strategies to overcome those challenges and increase the likelihood of success. Polls, discussion/chat, and Q&A will be used to involve the audience to ensure that specific fears and concerns are addressed.
