We’re excited to announce that registration for the 2022 OCLC Resource Sharing Conference, a virtual event, is now open.
For RSC, we invite thousands of ILL professionals and users of OCLC resource sharing services to join us. This year’s series of six free, virtual sessions will feature controlled digital lending, automation, CONTU, and more.
Each session is scheduled for 90 minutes (except for the pair of Lightning Sessions on May 10), and will include a 60-minute presentation followed by 30 minutes for Q&A and interactive discussion. (NOTE: The 30-minute discussions will not be recorded.)
RSC22 includes these sessions (all times are Central):
- Wednesday, April 6, 10:00-11:30 AM / “Controlled digital lending for resource sharing: Law and policy since 2018”
- Thursday, May 5, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM / “Working smarter not harder: How to automate your holdings and configure policies to expedite fulfillment”
- Tuesday, May 10, 12:00-12:30 PM / LIGHTNING SESSION: “Resource sharing at the Internet Archive: A conversation with Brewster Kahle,” and 1:30 – 2:00 pm / LIGHTNING SESSION: “E-book lending/borrowing demystified”
