Learn about the findings from patron surveys conducted by the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) Richard J. Daley Library to identify areas for improvement during the COVID-19 pandemic during the next ILA Noon Network webinar, “Understanding Post-Pandemic Patrons: The Boundless Value of Ongoing Assessment”, on Wednesday, February 8, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM CDT.
The presenters will share and discuss findings that led to impactful decisions in the library, by comparing feedback from patrons who did not traditionally experience the library due to COVID with all others who had expectations based on the pre-pandemic landscape. The presenters will also engage with participants regarding the value of ongoing assessment of services and the importance of the physical library space.
All Illinois libraries are welcome to attend this free webinar. Registration is required. The webinar will be recorded.
