We invite practicing academic librarians with outreach responsibilities to participate in the following survey regarding collaboration and partnerships between librarians at different libraries within the same university system.
The survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete, and is accessible using this link.
The survey is voluntary. You have the right to not participate in this study, you have the right not to respond to any question on the survey, and you have the right to stop participating at any time during the survey. You will be asked to confirm consent on the first page of the survey.
The survey does not collect identifying information, so survey respondents are anonymous. The survey data will be handled in compliance with standard ethical principles. The study has been approved by the Louisiana State University Institutional Review Board.
The data will be used to write research papers and make conference presentations. As far as is known, there are no particular benefits to you to participate in this study, nor is there any potential harm. If you participate, your survey responses will be stored in a safe place until the study is completed and the results are disseminated (computer data will be password protected), then they will be destroyed.
The survey will close on Wednesday, June 19. Please direct any questions to Alia Kempton, Louisiana State University, at akempton@lsu.edu; or Mitch Fontenot, Louisiana State University, at mfonten@lsu.edu.
