My name is Jennifer Corbin, and I’m hoping that librarians who have experience working with a train-the-trainer information literacy program will participate in my research study. The study–“Impact of Information Literacy Train-the-Trainer Programs on Academic Libraries’ Services and Staffing”–has been verified by the Stetson University Institutional Review Board as Exempt.
The purpose of the study is to understand the impact of the Train-the-Trainer information literacy (IL) approach on staffing, services, and IL programs. Results of this study may assist library administrators and instruction librarians to understand staffing needs, IL content needs, professional development needs, and impact on IL programs.
