We invite you to participate in an online survey on student learning assessment practices used by health science & hospital librarians. This survey aims to gather information on which assessment tools/resources health sciences librarians use, methods to encourage students to complete assessments, and how the assessment data is used after the instruction session.
This research is deemed IRB-exempt by the University of Nebraska Medical Center Institution Review Board.

Our survey asks if you are open to follow-up interviews. A link at the end of the survey goes to a form asking for contact information (email address). Your identifiable information is not connected to this survey. We will not use personal or organizational names in future presentations or publications without permission.

There are no known risks associated with this study. Do not respond to this survey invitation if you are 18 or younger. This survey will take 5 -15 minutes and must be completed in one sitting.
