The Midwest Data Librarian Symposium (MDLS) invites session proposals for its 8th symposium, co-hosted by the University of Notre Dame and Purdue University.
MDLS 2022 will be a hybrid event held from Wednesday October 5, to Friday, October 7. Wednesday’s activities will take place in the late afternoon and will either be recorded or reprised later in the event in recognition of Yom Kippur. On-site sessions will take place at the University of Notre Dame, with 30 seats available for campus participants. Virtual participation will take place via Zoom.
The Midwest Data Librarian Symposium is intended to provide librarians who support research data management and research data services the chance to network and expand their research data-related knowledge base and skill sets. MDLS 2022 is open to all who wish to attend, including those from the Midwest and beyond, as well as librarians in training.
