It’s been decided to extend the New Mexico Library Association Conference proposals deadline to Friday, July 15. This year’s Conference will take place in Albuquerque from October 26 to 28 (Wednesday through Friday).
The New Mexico Library Association Conference is a great state conference, and I have always found it a particularly supportive and positive place for those new to conference presentations. We have a great community of librarians in New Mexico!
We’re a little low on posters and lightning talks and would love to see more submissions for those, as well!
The full proposal call can be found here.
Remember that this year’s Conference theme is focused on sustainability. Please read the call carefully to consider how your ideas may fit into this year’s theme.
There may also be opportunities still available to jump into some mentorship review of presentations, etc., later this summer for those whose proposals are accepted.
