Have you missed out on an opportunity to present your research or work due to a conference postponement or cancellation? Do you have something you are excited to talk about, but all the conference COPs have been delayed? To help bridge this gap, SLA-Michigan is creating a webinar series for the Fall 2020 season and would love to hear about your projects, work experiences, or ideas.
Presentations on any topic related to libraries or specialized libraries are welcome. Preference will be given to sessions that have been cancelled or delayed due to cancelled conference or other presentation opportunities. Presentation submissions based on new, non-delayed, material are also welcome & encouraged! Proposed webinars should be 30-40 minutes plus 10 minutes for participant questions.
Please submit a proposal with a title and abstract (500 words or less) by Monday, August 31, using the submission form. You do not need to be a member of SLA-Michigan or SLA to submit a proposal. Questions? Please email SLA-MI President-Elect Alex Hauser, at hauseral@msu.edu.
