We don’t want you to miss the learning, networking, and FUN at this year’s ILA Annual Conference! Join us October 8-10 (Tuesday-Thursday), at the Peoria Civic Center, for an incredible mix of engaging sessions, a vibrant exhibit hall, and exciting event activities. Can’t attend the whole Conference? No problem–register for a single day!
With so much to explore, you’ll want to dive into sessions first, then visit the exhibit hall for a look at the latest products and services. Prefer socializing? Attend the Awards Luncheon, hear from the inspiring Oge Mora at the Youth Services Forum Author Breakfast, or participate in the Introverted Leadership Workshop. Although Nick Offerman won’t be in Peoria, you can still enjoy his signature humor and wisdom during a special pre-recorded Q&A Keynote with ILA President Amy Byers.
Other can’t-miss highlights include the President’s Program with superstar librarian Mychal Threets, the ILA Diversity Committee DiversiTEA Closing Keynote by disability rights and inclusion activist Imani Barbarin, and the IACRL Luncheon with architect Zachary Benedict. Plus, don’t miss the evening events: the President’s Reception, trivia night with Rory Parilac, knit night, a tour walk, and Drag Bingo! Pre-registration is required for some evening events.
If this is your first time attending the Conference or if you need a registration refresher, view the Annual Conference Registration Instructions. Early-bird registration closes on Monday, September 16, and all registrations close on Thursday, September 26. No registrations will be available on-site.
If you have any questions about the Conference, please visit the ILA website for all Conference information. If you cannot find what you need on the website, please contact the ILA Office, at ila@ila.org.
