The Research Training Institute (RTI) faculty invites you to ignite, enlighten, and inspire your creativity and learn more about research and how it benefits your library and users. Join the 2023-24 RTI participants as they present their research project posters on Thursday, May 9, from 1:00 to 2:30 PM CDT.
The session features fast-paced and engaging “ignite” talks by the RTI participants about their research projects and results. At the session, you’ll have the chance to learn from a wide variety of research initiatives, including generative AI in publishing, research data management practices, donor relationship management, health information-seeking behavior of Armenian Americans, Indigenous health practices, and equity in scientific research. You’ll also learn a bit more about the RTI program and have the opportunity to ask questions of this year’s RTI participants. We invite you to attend and support the development of research competencies and evidence-based practice in the health sciences librarian profession.
Join us again in Portland, Oregon, for MLA ’24: “Stronger Together” on Tuesday, May 20, at 1:30 PM PDT, for the in-person poster presentations, featuring 15 engaging talks on a wide range of research projects. You are sure to leave both sessions informed and inspired!
