Proposals Deadline for 2018 OCLC Americas Regoinal Council Conference Extended to 7/25

There’s still time to submit your proposal

The call for proposals for the 2018 Americas Regional Council Conference has been extended through Wednesday, July 25.

We are seeking member proposals that will spark conversations around what it means to be a “game-changing library,” more specifically, what are those areas that will help the community better respond to shifts in the environment and drive their library’s transformation in the following categories:

• Technology and innovation: From evolution to revolution
• Spaces and resources: From collections to connections
• Analytics and data: From what we count to what counts
• Public purpose: From allies to advocates

If your proposal is selected, we will notify you by August 3, 2018, and you will receive complimentary conference registration. If you have already paid for a ticket, we will refund your registration fee at that time.
