Registration for The Innovative Library Classroom (TILC) will open at 9:00 AM CDT on Tuesday, April 2. Join us in Williamsburg, VA at William & Mary on Thursday, June 6, and Friday, June 7.
On the afternoon of Thursday, June 6, Alexander J. Carroll and Joshua D. Borycz will facilitate our pre-conference workshop, “Words Without Thoughts: Generative AI, Critical Thinking, and Information Literacy”. This will be followed by the TILC social, including the poster session.
Our conference will kick off on Friday, June 7, with keynote speaker David X. Lemmons, the Instruction Coordinator at George Mason University Libraries. David’s TILC keynote address is entitled “Practice Makes Progress: Finding Your Authentic Voice in the Library Classroom”.
Registration is $60 for presenters, planning committee members, and members of indigenous tribes and $70 for other attendees. Registration fees include the social on Thursday; breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack on Friday; and campus parking. The pre-conference workshop is available for an additional $15.
