The ACRL Diversity Alliance Taskforce is hosting a series of webinars on diversity residencies, inclusive hiring, and onboarding for inclusion and retention. The first webinar, with Grand Valley State University Libraries as the sponsor, is titled “Residency Interest Group’s (RIG) Diversity Residency Toolkit & Resident-Centered Framework”. The webinar will take place on Monday, February 7, starting at 1:30 PM CDT. Please see below for a description and the registration link.
After a brief introduction to the Diversity Alliance, learn more about the Residency Interest Group’s newly published Diversity Residency Toolkit. The Toolkit is designed to support organizations that are considering hosting a diversity residency program or revising an existing program with a suite of tools to support the resident experience. Engage with the developers to learn about the resident-centered framework and how to use the Toolkit.
