Amidst a surge of articles and webinars exploring the impact of generative AI in higher ed, many of us are still left wondering…what are the practical applications for us as science librarians? Join us as we discuss a recent C&RL News article, “Where Does ChatGPT fit into the ACRL Framework?”. Engage with fellow science librarians and the article authors, Amy James and Ellen Filgo, as we discuss ideas for experimenting and implementing generative AI into our teaching and work with students, faculty, and staff in STEM fields on campus. Participants will discuss the connections they see between the ACRL Framework and opportunities for integrating AI literacy into our daily work.
