The Future of Universities Libraries Discussion Group invites you to join us for “Preparing University Libraries for a Post-Pandemic World”, a casual online conversation about post-pandemic life in academic libraries. Participants are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to discuss the wide-ranging effects of the pandemic on the future of work in our profession. Topics of discussion may include the following.
- leveraging lessons learned from crisis management
- determining and returning to essential operations
- sustaining changed or expanded services
- determining where certain kinds of work happens
- addressing patrons’ evolving needs
Please bring your thoughts, questions, insights, and experiences to share with others! This conversation will be moderated by members of the ACRL ULS Future of University Libraries Discussion Group.
The event will take place on Thursday, March 25, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM CDT. To register, please go here.
