Here are the details for the class:
Dr. Alma Ortega will teach her class “Toxic Leadership in Libraries”. Toxic leadership (TL) can be found in every workplace, including libraries–all types of libraries. Learn what TL is and what it is not, how to identify TL in the workplace, what can be done to ameliorate or eradicate it from your library, and how to go about reporting what you’ve witnessed. Find out what mechanisms are available at your library or institution to project employees
Cost-savings for ANCHASL members: Attendance is open to non-members for $25, using the non-member registration link but members attend for free, and membership is only $20, so save $5 on the CE class and join ANCHASL today!
