Please join us for the next LIS Pedagogy Chat, online Friday, September 6, at 1:00 PM CDT. The topic is “Inclusive Communication in the Classroom”. This session will address the critical need for inclusive teaching within LIS, emphasizing the use of effective communication strategies and syllabus language. It will explore how LIS educators, librarians, and doctoral students can enhance inclusivity, drawing on one faculty member’s experiences and preliminary results to inspire ongoing refinement of teaching methods. The webinar will include a brief framing by Anthony Molaro (St. Catherine University), followed by a facilitated discussion.
