Have you ever thought of using comics as part of your job? The Ohio Health Sciences Library Association invites you to Drawn to Graphic Medicine: Bringing Comics into Medical Librarianship, a virtual CE course with instructors Kathryn Houk and Ariel Pomputius. The course will take place on Friday, April 30, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM CDT. The registration fee for OHSLA’s offering of this course is only $20 and 1.5 MLA CE credits are available.
This course offers an introduction to skills that can form the basis for innovative library services. These skills can be used to engage a wide range of library users, even during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
To register and view the complete program description, course objectives, and presenter bios, please visit go here. We hope you to see you online April 30 for the live course with Kathryn and Ariel, but if you have a conflict with the live course time, there will be a separate registration to earn CE credit for watching the recording. The registration link to view the recording and receive CE credit will be posted after April 30, and the same registration fee will apply.
This program is made possible through the generous support of an NNLM-GMR Expert Speaker Award.
