Registration is now open for the Special Libraries Association (SLA) Midwest Symposium, which will take place online Friday, June 7, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM CDT. The 2024 presentations, representing various sectors of librarianship (including the health sciences), will spotlight data (case studies, practical uses, search for data), new careers in special libraries, marketing, scholarly publishing, and more.
For more information, and to register, please go here. Note: There is a nominal fee for SLA and non-SLA members, and the registration fee is waived for presenters and students.
Although the program for this year’s event is not posted yet, the sessions from the 2022 and 2023 Symposia are available here and here.
