A research study about library programming on end-of-life issues is seeking librarians and other library staff to participate. This study is open to librarians and staff of any type of library in the United States, if their libraries have facilitated or hosted such programs, or have internally discussed doing so, in the last five years.
The study includes a survey that will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Some respondents whose libraries have facilitated or hosted these programs will be invited to a one-hour follow-up interview. Survey respondents can indicate their willingness to be contacted about an interview.

This research study has been approved by the University Human Subjects Research Committee at Eastern Michigan University.
