During our strategic planning listening tours, you told us that you’d like ideas on how to gather meaningful testimonials showing how people benefit from using your library. You can start by encouraging patrons and others to share their positive experiences on your website.
RAILS has developed an easy way for all our members to do this by adding our “Tell Your Library Story” submission form link to the library website. Bonus: your library’s name will already be filled in! After patrons have started to post testimonials, you’ll be able to display them on your library’s website by retrieving them as a feed.
