Due to the unexpected impact of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, we’re extending the deadlines for ACRL 2025 community chat, lightning talk, poster session, roundtable discussion, and virtual presentation proposals, along with scholarship and Spectrum Scholar Travel Grant applications, to Sunday, October 27.
The ACRL 2025 Conference–which will take place from Wednesday, April 2, to Saturday, April 5, in Minneapolis, MN, and online–will be a platform for us to engage in critical conversations and explore solutions-centered approaches to the challenges facing our profession. We will focus on themes like embedded bias, inclusive excellence, and the role of technology. Whether you join us in person or virtually, we welcome you to be a part of this important conversation. Together, we can build a future where knowledge is accessible to all. Submit your community chat, lightning talk, poster session, roundtable discussion, and virtual presentation proposals today!
ACRL also anticipates providing more than $90,000 of scholarships to subsidize in-person and virtual attendance at ACRL 2025. To learn more and apply, visit the scholarships section of the ACRL 2025 website. ACRL Spectrum Scholar Travel Grants provide four awards, including a waiver of the Conference student registration fee, plus a travel stipend.
