HSLI Annual Conference 2009 Invitation to Exhibitors
The Health Science Librarians of Illinois invites vendor representatives to exhibit at our 2009 annual conference, "Honoring Our History, Building our Future." The conference will take place October 29-30, 2009 at the Northfield Inn in Springfield, Illinois. We are inviting all vendor representatives to exhibit their products at our evening reception on Thursday, October 29, 6:00pm to 9:00pm. We are expecting approximately 50 health science and academic librarians to attend the conference. This reception is a fun annual event, and is always a great opportunity to interact with HSLI members.
The cost for each exhibitor table is $250. The exhibitor fee includes:
- One 8' table
- Table skirt if requested
- Wireless internet access
- Listing of your company in our conference program
- Your company's logo/link on HSLI's conference website
- One HSLI Conference registration
