Poster Session
Call for Posters
Posters on all topics related to library projects, services and research are welcome for submission. Posters featuring topics on health sciences librarianship, history of health sciences librarianship, or the library's role in an institution's history are particularly encouraged. This will be a venue for sharing ideas and networking with colleagues, and a great opportunity for those participating in their first poster session. Don't worry if you've never submitted a poster before - this is a great time to start!
Typical poster format is landscape, 48" x 36". Posters should be no more than 48 inches long. Poster presenters may bring in easels or stands for their poster. A limited number of easels are available from the hotel, and this equipment must be requested in advance. Table space is also available.

- First and Last Name of presenter(s)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Library, Hospital, or Other Affiliation
- Title of Poster
- Abstract
- Poster size
- Do you need to request an easel or table space?
Session Information
Posters will be displayed during Nancy's Reception on the evening of Thursday, October 29, 2009 at the conference hotel.
